The room was clean and bright, and waking up to the sound of waves nearby was refreshing. The breakfast area felt chaotic due to noise and unprofessional service.

Helpful staff, recently renovated twin room. Lively area, very central location near to the adjoining restaurant which had a really extensive menu which is very useful if arriving late, and juhu beach where uh can go and relax at beach. Besides, very convenient to Trilogy Super Club.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and the air-conditioned room wasvery comfy and tidy. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The strict 10 PM visitor policy felt excessive, and I encountered some issues with the room cleanliness upon arrival, which diminished my experience. A friendly staff presence was overshadowed by a few logistical hiccups .

Staff very good..only I request airport pick up..but no coming when I ask reason..they show printed copy.where I wrote..airport pick up..not printed...that area..unable to print..was trouble to me I catch airport taxi and pay 25o rupias..!!!!..

No free complimentary internet access. No free shuttle service to airport instead to pay $650 rupees. Not mention in the internet Luxury Tax....

I had a great time at this hotel. the atmosphere was unique, I loved waking up to the sound of the waves, and the food at the Italian cafe was tasty despite the prices.

This is not a nice place. They advertise free airport pickup but I was charged 650 rupee. They advertise free wifi but it is not free and they charge 700 rupee for 24 hours. During my stay the wifi did not work anyway which was really unacceptable for $100 per night!!!! They advertise free buffet breakfast but the dining room was closed in the morning. I was instead given a complimentry breakfast???? Of coffee and toast. which was very very poor. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

The rooms are decent sized, new-fashioned, and come with a multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a study table.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist, making my stay more fun, and the hotel's proximity to both Juhu Beach and Juhu Garden was perfect for my weekend strolls and city explorations.

had a really really nice stay of eight nights, glad i've chosen it. location: the hotel was near the adjoining restaurant which had a really extensive menu which is very useful if arriving late and need to grab a quick bite and various cafes and eateries.

There was one friendly member of staff that worked in the evening time and he was mist helpful and friendly.

The shuttle bus did not run to the airport as was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel.also they advertised a buffet breakfast,this consisted of room service (which we were charged for) and a choice of either cornflakes or scramble eggs.

I appreciated the hotel's charming lobby decor and the accessibility to nearby restaurants and Juhu Beach. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

The rooms with a nice bathroom. Particularly good breakfast with different options, excellent service.
